Revolutionary diet known as the anything goes diet finally revealed!


Yes it is a word that makes us all cringe when we hear it.

Since we have all pretty much been there and done that.

And how many of us have gained the weight back?

Come on now be honest.

It seems like pretty much every other week there is  a new diet that promises the sky but never really even gets off the ground.

The flavor of the week so to speak.

But what is the major problem with diets?

That they are highly unrealistic.

Now we can not stress the word highly enough here folks.

Come on now people who can eat salad 2 times a day 7 days a week for the rest of their lives?

What about the meat?

And the good stuff.

You know the deserts.

The pastas and pretty much everything else that tastes good is not on any diet.

I don’t know about you but I am good for about one salad every 2 or 3 days and that is pushing it.

Can’t even imagine have to eat that rabbit food 2 times a day 7 days a week.


Of course you will loose weight if you eat that you will also starve to death to boot.

Then you will never have to worry about your weight again.

But I don’t think to many people out there want to go down that road.

Trust me it will come fast enough naturally.

And heck when you are in a wooden box covered with dirt six feet under ground doesn’t really matter how much you weigh now does it?

The problems with most diets is that they are all text book like.

They don’t take into account real world examples.

Like going out to dinner with friends and family.

Or going over to someone’s house for dinner.

The last time I checked I found that people who invited me over for dinner were not to happy to hear that I was on a diet and couldn’t eat what they were serving.

Now another thing missing in all of the “fad” diets are some sort of support system.

As we are all aware going on a diet can be tough and you the more support you have the better.

Trust me on this one.

Also with so many of the “fad” diets there are no recipes on how to prepare delicious tasting foods

Notice that I did say delicious.

Not healthy, not good but delicious.
